I ask, Are we all Adults and True Race fans? It makes me sad that I as Jack Hole...I get tired of this fighting, for nonsense.
Is this the day in age where Hole is a middle man? I am on the side of PowerSlave! (minus a few) but for most I read I agree with him. The same stuff I wanted to even respond to he had it.
You people agrue like is a bitch match at a Bull dog fight!!!!

It saddens me when people are just World of Outlaw fans and not sprint car fans.
You're welcome to go to any show you want and support any series you want be it World of Outlaws, All Stars, ASCS, PA Posse, Ohio, Knoxville locals, etc., but please respect the drivers no matter their affiliation and don't say they aren't worth watching, because if you are a sprint car fan they most certainly are.
Saying Sammy is the only driver worth watching this weekend at Knoxville is laughable and disrespectful to the drivers.

I agree with colt as well. People think the world evolves around the World of Outlaws! I love the Outlaws just as much as the next guy but damn...get out a little more. Some of the best racing Ive seen in the past few years were 360 races as well as late model races. Enough with the stupid antics by lesser knowledgeable people ok sprintfanatic? I see Im not the ONLY knowledgeable person on this board that says that a later date for the Ironman would not only benefit the Outlaws and I-55 but the racefans as well.
Sprintfanatic...go here if no comprehenda...http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/knowledgeable

Pevely will not get the weekend after Knoxville. They immediately head north and west. The only possibility is on the trip back from CA in mid September but every weekend is booked right now. It'll be tough getting a later date.

If needed October 29th would be a great reschedule date! This would run The Greatest Show on Dirt right before the Finals in Charlotte.

I think they have any weekend after the first weekend on Oct. off. I know Pevely has a race on the 1st of October but after that its open.

The only open weekend on the outlaws schedule in october is the third weekend of that month. All of the surrounding dates in that month are on the east coast and north central ohio which, for all intents and purposes is on the east coast. Infact, every race after deer creek in mid-september is on the east coast.
You want them to pull their rigs half-way cross country for one night of racing in late october? How's the weather over that way in late october? We've got a race date with the WoO at fremont that month and I sure as hell don't expect them to be able to get it in with the way our weather is up here. You wanna tell me it's any better in misery that time of the year?

Last year the rescheduled race at Haubstadt, IN was in the middle of October and it was one of the better races of the year weatherwise. Haubstadt is approx 4hrs from I55, not halfway around the world. I understand what you are saying about Oct. weather, this year weather seems to be an issue no matter where they race.

Pevely had the biggest crowd i have ever seen there. There were a lot of fans who had to stand.A LOT!!! The heat races made the "i want to see them go fast" fans happy but not much passing. It was very humid and kept the track tacky. The first half of the feature was great and the last half was still good.Track slicked off some BUT NO RUBBER!! Overall a good night of racing.
