Rumor has it that the kenosha county fair board is going to vote august 3 to close down Wilmot raceway or
keep it open. could be a rough day for sprint car fans in south east Wisconsin!

I hope that this rumor is wrong, but it would not surprise me, considering the way things have gone down over there lately. It would be a shame, a dirty shame...Obviously, more was bitten off than could be chewed. Shame, shame, shame.....

I hope it does not come to this, however until they can run a organized night of racing I will not support this place!! Sad for sure.
