I paid my $4.99, lost the feed twice, got booted, my computer froze, then they asked me to pay again! Once I FINALLY got back in, the feed froze constantly.

I asked for a refund last time when I missed all of the heat races and only saw 8 laps of the main, but received no response.

Yes, I am a bit upset...but I know I will be told it was only $4.99 and next time go to the track! A 10 hour round trip...not happening.

Please tell me that something is going to be done about these "issues"!!!

BTW, frozen again...do I have to pay a third time???

I agree....very poor quality even though just $4.99. Same thing happening here. Freeze every 5-10 seconds. Audio choppy .I can say I have only paid once...I think!!!! I'll know when I get the credit card bill. This is my first attempt at this . This production is very frustrating. I'm gonna talk to my computer expert first to see if maybe it's my fault....but I doubt it.

I wonder if your internet connection speed, or virtual memory makes a difference in your audio and video quality? I have a cable connection, with a pretty fast quadcore, excellent video card, and lots of memory. I had issues during the 3rd heat like everyone else right before Jeff took the feed down and restarted, but from that point to the end, my audio and video were pretty much flawless. No freezes, no stutters- worked great for me....Thanks Jeff!

Need you to email me with the kind of computer you are on - if you don't know - please check by going to Control Panel - System. Please email me the following details - Operating system - Processor - Memory and also the kind of internet connection you are on at the time.

If you could also check your internet connection that would be helpful as well. Go to: http://www.speedtest.net - run a test from a point closest to your location and email me the upload and download speeds.

You should only have to pay once - if cookies are enabled on your browser the system will remember you have purchased a ticket and let you back into to the stream without issue. I'll check the paypal system - if you would also email me the name - last 4 digits on the card I'll make sure you are not charged more than once.

I monitored the stream from the track on a cellular wireless connection - it was choppy at times but that connection is closer to a dial up connection in terms of performance and not recommended for watching a live event. I use that to monitor worst case performance. I also watch on a broadband connection - no issue there except when we reset the feed due to audio issue. I also posted on screen that we were going to reset the stream due to an audio issue.

If you are not on a connection with at least 1mbps download speed - you are going to have trouble watching the stream.

Added: sorry this assumes a visitor is on a Windows machine - if not - please list type of Mac and your internet connection type and speed - Thank you!

Same here. If you could please do the following we should be able to sort things out.

Please also email me with the kind of computer you are on - if you don't know - please check by going to Control Panel - System. Please email me the following details - Operating system - Processor - Memory and also the kind of internet connection you are on at the time.

Your performance notes sound like a dial up or cell wireless connection but it would be helpful to have details.

Thanks - [email protected]

I've got Windows XP Media with a Pentium 4 CPU, 504 MB RAM. I have a high-speed internet connection through Cox and it's the most expensive they have, so it's not my internet connection or my machine. My machine was "cleaned" recently. I've streamed lots of live video with no problems. Funny thing is, when the feed was free I didn't have problems. Also, the dance contest and intermission always come through loud and clear. I only seem to miss out on heat races and main events.

Others had problems with the feed too, it wasn't just me!

Don't worry about trying to figure it out. I've decided I am just going to wait for the results to be posted online from now on like I always have before. Lance gets them posted pretty quick!
