Sitting here ...at home....thinking about the Kings Royal and realized it was 25 years ago "tonight" when Donnie Kreitz stunned them all. My first of what I thought would be many trips to Eldora....but ...to date....the only time I've been there. But what a night it was!

I went last year for the first time but due to changing jobs I couldn't make it back this year. I hope I don't have to wait "25" years between visits. If you are a sprint car fan there are certain shows you should see at least once in your life time and the Kings Royal is one of them, along with the Knoxville Nationals, Williams Grove Open, The Gold Cup, etc.

Maybe we're on some kinda' 25 year cycle....though I think there's been a few unexpected winners in-between...but, I'm thinking not a PA car....aw geeez...I probably shouldn't have brought that up
