Danny Lasoski has been very consistent in the 410 Knoxville Championship Cup Series racing this year. He has no DNF’s and has been in the top 5 each week. He has stretched his 410 points lead to 168 over Terry McCarl in second place.

The 360 Knoxville Championship Cup Series points leader is now Clint Garner. He has capitalized on recent misfortunes by Chad Humston and been steady. Garner’s lead is 81 points over Humston and 132 points over 3rd place Matt Moro. The KCCS 305 sprint cars will also be in action this Saturday Night. Jamie Ball carries a small 6 point lead over rookie Carson McCarl.

Watch the action on Knoxville LIVE of all the 410, 360 and 305 Sprints this Saturday evening, July 16th. Hot Laps start at approx. 6:45 pm and Qualifying at 7:00 pm CST. The LIVE video broadcast is only $9.99 for a complete night of racing.

“If you can't make it to the track, watch Knoxville LIVE!”

I bet Alan Krimes would be right on his tail. I used to be anybody but posse but it is amazing how much faster PA locals are. How many 410 wins did Danny have the last couple years? Yet he is dominating the mafia.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Lasoski hasn't been as dominate as the his points results would indicate. He has actually been run down and caught while leading with clear track in front of him. He has had no dnf's but should have; as in the night he breaks the drive line while leading and still ends up second to Zomer as an example. I don't think he is intimidating anyone on the track at the moment. If anything, he is blessed to have this margin in the points right now. Maybe his bad luck on the track has yet to happen. I don't wish bad luck on anyone, but i am just saying.

So running a whole lap with the drive line beating against your leg just to have it finally let go coming out of turn four isn't intimidating? Nobody at Knoxville has the desire and drive to win more than the DUDE. Hasn't been as dominate as the points would indicate, now thats laughable in itself. The points lead should and could be even higher!!

Exactly.

Zomer has 2 wins that could have just as easily have been Lasoski wins.

The night Lasoski's drive line breaks if it holds on another 100' he wins.

The night Zomer runs out of fuel after taking the checkers could have easily have been a Lasoski win also. Not only did he just make it on fuel, he was just legal on the scale.

I just have a feeling that Dude has done what he's had to do to win the points title. He's always said that the Nationals are everything to him and I'm thinking he'll have his "A" game on come race time. Best of luck Dude! Remember that a Knoxville regular hasn't won the title since The King of Kearney Eddie Leavitt!
