We started running the new Dynapro setup this year. The brakes are great but were having a problem with the T-nuts cracking and falling off. Anybody else have this problem?
We snug the bolts (not cranking tight) and using locktite, but still break 1-2 per night. Solution?
Thanks

Call Wilwood and tell them - they may have seen this before and have a solution available....

We run the same or very similar inboard brake set up on our car. I have found one of the T-nuts cracked on ours. I need to recheck to see if any more are cracked. Same here, when I installed the rotor I did not crank the bolts down, just snugged them and then put safety wire through them. I just thought it was a fluke thing with one breaking until I read your posting. I thought it might be heat related, but we've never had our rotor get cherry red and we run an air duct to it to try an increase air flow to keep it cooler.
