And its not a personall attack on Darrah, Hell I wouldnt know the guy if i walked past him in the pits. My point is Im a nice guy to many also but im pretty sure if i was passing a car on the way to the races on highway 5 and cut back in to the right lane and punted the car i was passing into the ditch or guardrail Im sure people would have a few choice words about me as well. Its racing Im sure he didnt mean to do it and once it happens you cant change things. Its a simple rookie mistake only hes not a rookie. In the A feature looked like he was right back to throwing wheels and got bit by the burm in 1. Karma is a bitch

Not sure what the deal is. Darrah was Posse, best in the world, running 8th in points with the Outlaws, but doesn't really care because he's Posse and doesn't really run hard until he's at the mecca (Grove not Knocksville). End of story.

The flip side of that is not one word would be said on here if Darrah came from another region of the country. Kind of like the usual comnplaining that Jeff Gordon doesn't have a Sprint Car team, it is kinda amusing to see people on here that don't have a penny invested in the deal one way or the other tell car owners how to spend their money.
Some of the posts on here are brutal. Running 130 at Knoxville is like passing a guy on the interstate? That is the exact same argument some of the people I work with make when dumping all over racing and claiming that racers don't have as much talent as football or basketball players.

I'm not buying that at all. It was a d*ck move, no matter where you're from!! Like someone mentioned earlier in the thread, Sammy pulled a similar move on Matt Moro a few years ago. He's not from Central PA, and didn't get a free pass either!

Ok, you want the opinion of somebody that has a dime invested, here ya go. The very same thing happened to us when Saldana slammed us into the wall on the front stretch, not once, but twice. The cost of that was a broken back and a brand new car destroyed, so an 'accident' like this hits close to home. If a driver can't drive a straight line down the frontstretch, they might want to switch to stock cars where slamming into each other is expected.
just my $.02

After all the posts it sounds to me like a bad racing incident must happened more then once with other drivers at some time or another

I just watched the video of the A-main on knoxvilleraceway.com and it was hard to see but did look like Darrah came right up into Higday. Scary scary flip!! Darrah just doesnt seem like ge drives smart. Always causing some sort of problem. I just fail to see what the big deal is about him other than he is pissing people off and tears up ALOT of equipment! Im telling you a lesser backed financial car owner wouldve "punted" Darrah out of the drivers seat a long time ago.

Yeah. There was a lot of people saying the same things about that terrible Jeff Gordon guy who used to race sprints when they tried to make him a stock car driver. Good thing they "punted" him. Oh wait...
Maybe some people know more than others think they do.
