Everyone should attend the Little 500 at least one in their lifetime... no matter if you are wing, non wing dirt or pavement....... this is one race you have to see to believe.
33 sprint cars, 500 laps and a tight, high banked 1/4 mile track.... plus 2 live pit stops.
Great article below:

I`m sure the little 500 is a great show and I would like to see someday but I was a little disappointed with the first sprint show I saw there.
Anderson has a race on january 1 every year. It was nice enuff a few years ago so I went and had a great time, maybe it was because I hadnt seen any racing in a few months or maybe it was the novelty of seeing a race on january 1 but I had a great time and I dont care for fenders. I thought I have to get up here and see a sprint car race. So in april I went back for a USAC show. It was almost a letdown after what I had saw in january.

The normal 50 lap Usac and Wing sprint shows are nothing compared to the Little 500 in May.
