ur retarded and a PA POSSE loving fag! U see them win the knoxville nationals or outlaw championship? NO. U see them beat the outlaws every nite? NO. Do they even beat the allstars every nite?? NO. Do they ever go outside PA tracks?? NOT MUCH. Are they gay? YES ( thats why they run together all the time, CONSTANTLY!) Dave Blaney won the Knoxville nationals and he was from OHIO. not the PA. Cody Darrah came to Attica with casey kahnes car and he didnt even make the A feature. WOW the PA POSSE is really the best huh? u r a retarded, penis loving, butthole licking, stupid, fag, and fudge packing man. Goodbye Fag.

No defense of any sanction. Certainly the All Stars do race at Attica alot.
The Posse races at the Grove alot.
If you took the best 20 from the Posse, I would be that only 5 or 6 would make the show at Attica racing with the circus.
Posse has owned the All Stars for years in Pa. In Ohio the All Stars have won more events than the Posse.
Doesn't matter who wins where. You first must win!!!
|
I'm not sure you'd even have 5 or 6 make it with the field they had.
The bottom line is, Dale Blaney and Tim Shaffer have won a few WoO races in the past few years (obviously Tim won the Nat'ls) but there's just not the passion from Ohio to beat the chest like there is in PA. So you have these stupid posts where we all argue the same points over and over again. It's actually kind of fun.

True, but to be fair his team is based here and does most of his racing here. I think he's one of our guys now. It's even beggining to get to the point that you hear some booing in the stands when he wins lol...Not because he's an outsider coming in and taking our guy's money but, because he's been so dominant in the area the last few years and some people want to see him get beat by the guys that don't win as often.
Someone mentioned passion and chest beating earlier in the thread and the lack there-of in Ohio. Don't believe it. The race fans in some parts of Ohio are just a bit more conservative in their public displays than some other areas but, if we wern't passionate about our sprint car racing great things like FAST and OVSCA would never be possible.

PA possy ain't nothing but bitches. They sit at the same track and face the same people every weekend. And when they come to Ohio, other than Tim Schaffer, and Stevie smith jr., they get their ass handed to them. None of the Pa possy, except Cody Darrah, run witth the Outlaws or the allstars. They sit around Pa playing with their dicks and thinking their the best because they can beat the outlaws at their home track. A true racer goes everywhere and faces everyone and dosent stay at the same track all the time. Unless you race with the allstars or the outlaws very nite and follow the circuit, u Pa possy lovers , u only get 2 good runners and thats it and wen they come to ohio, they are only two that do anything. PA possy aint shit! thats why they neevr win any big races. All the PA possy LOVERS can suck a dick.
|
Why would anyone from Central PA come to Ohio to race? I also can't figure out your argument as nobody from Ohio goes anywhere, ever. As a matter of fact most Attica/Fremont cars won't run anywhere else in Ohio period. I've seen Lance Dewease win at Attica and more than likely would have won the ASCOC title had he not just had absolutely horrible luck the last third of the season, sure haven't seen any Ohio locals win at the Grove recently.

The All-Stars (which I think of when I think of Ohio racing) often go through periods where one driver dominates. Dale Blaney did it for years driving for Tim Hughes, Chad Kemenah dominated for a while and now Tim is doing the same thing. They all have a few things in common, they are great guys and equally as good behind the wheel, Outlaw calibre for sure.
I also remember the 99 Mountain Dew car winning the un-sanctioned Brad Doty one time and lapping Lance a certain Hall of Famer along the way, hey on any given night....Take It Easy....
Maybe it was Fast Freddy getting lapped, hmmm, help me out somebody...

...and it pays significantly better to race in PA than Ohio, but sure, the guys here are scared to tow out. Racing is a business, someday people will grasp that this isn't your local go kart track.

Even though they never seem to do well here, I appreciate seeing the likes of Blaney and Shaffer coming in (and in the past, the likes of Wilson and the return of Brian Paulus).
|
Blaney got 2nd this year at the Port Royal all-star race. I'd call that doing well.

Oh, you mean the time he got chased down and passed by someone that started behind him but the guy's fuel pump broke? Yeah, Lance won that night but it wasn't an ass whipping.
And about the traveling. I know where you were this past saturday night because I was there also. You seen more guys from Ohio travel into the area than from anywhere else. Lo and Behold, there were some attica/fremont regulars in that field and I'm willing to bet that you took pictures of most, if not all of them, Jason.
Just because some dumbass comes in here and trolls you PA guys doesn't mean that your fkn IQ is supposed to drop ten points. All that you're doing is feeding the troll. Ask Nelligan, you guys have fed him for years.

Yes, there were some Ohio cars there but I have a feeling that was more due to the fact Fremont was off and Mercer is about 2 hours from Fremont not a tough drive at all. The debate was Ohio/Central PA nothing to do with Western PA which always gets overlooked, but even in that race Daryn Pittman won so not sure where the argument is going with that result. Looking at the results the highest finishing Fremont/Attica regular was Byron Reed in 12th, if you want to give him a pat on the back for making the tow to Mercer that's fine but it really had nothing to do with the original topic.
As for the Dewease/Reed race at Attica, if you want to bring up Reed breaking while leading under caution I will bring up the fact Dewease actually got back by Reed then that very caution came out, so either way Dewease was going to the lead. Either way a win is a win. I personally don't have a problem at all with the racing in Ohio as I spend quite a bit of time there (mainly Fremont) but the comparison to Central PA is like comparing apples to oranges.

My issue is that you said "nobody from Ohio goes anywhere, ever." That's nowhere near being true and everyone here knows it. If that was true there never would have been an allstar series for all of these years. Also, there's more reason for most of them to stay home these days considering that most of them are running for points in a local series. If they miss FAST events they lose out big time.

Well the never going anywhere was more of a comparison, apparently drivers from Central PA never go anywhere and Ohio drivers travel even less, so in comparison they really never travel. Just going by what I read on here.

Outside of the Posse lover, m.humphrey, most people knock the Posse for not doing well outside of PA. I'm sure even MSPN will agree that the PA regulars travel the most out of the big 3 local groups.

kinda like the night Stevie Smith (driving the family 19 based out of New Oxford PA) LAPPEd Steve Kinser in the Doty race at Attica?
a certain someone was all p!ssed off when this fact (POSSE won that night on OH soil) was mentioned in the parking lot after the races!
I like it that FAST founders have rekindled a healthy local racing scene in Ohio and are helping racers survive a tough economy on LESS DIESEL.
it is hilarious that the people most focused on "travel" are the idiots that chose to LIVE REAL FAR AWAY FROM 410 RACING.
