This sounds good. The outlaws are off that night and will be in the area but since they're not racing at Jackson this year, I wonder who would show up?

Thank you to both Tod and Jon for putting this together and especially for not adding 5 classes of back gate promoting to a night of sprint car racing.
If the weather can cooperate for one night it should be an awesome show.
I sure hope that it is well supported by both cars and fans.

Sounds like a great event. Too bad the IRA is down in IL that night otherwise I would try to make it to this one. Maybe next year they can get a couple of sanctioning bodies (IRA, MOWA, etc) to in with it and make an even bigger event. Kind of feel bad for the 305 guys, couldn't throw them a little extra $$$.

I agree, I forgot to mention Tod. Congrats to both Jon and Tod for putting together an impressive event!
Who needs the WoO?

I agree with wisprinter. The 305 guys at Jackson have always been treated like 2nd class citizens. On the other hand, it is the only place we can run our 305 except Knoxville. I guess we will take what we can get. Jon is the best promoter in the mid-west! How about a few extra $$$ Jon?

This should pull a lot of 410 drivers. Would think a few of the Knoxville regulars would show up as well as some of the WOO since they are in Princeton the next night. I would think that Tatnell and maybe a few of the MN IRA drivers might opt to go to Jackson rather than pull to IL (depending on their points situation). Unless the weather looks very questionable, I'll make the drive from Minneapolis! Been wanting to get back to Jackson for a couple of years.
By the way, everything I read and hear sounds like you are doing a great job, Jon. Wish you could have gotten in the early 410 show this year as I wanted to make that one. Great to see a $12,000 purse and good payout all the way through. Hopefully, advance sales will be good enough that you can bump the 305 purse a little too.

Jackson has this show, July 8th makeup date for the spring nationals, then the two day Nationals in August...looks like a great summer at the Jackson Speedway!

Ya we want to get a good list of whos coming for the fans. No Smoke and Mirrors. It does not cost anything to register - we just have had a lot of people like it when we post a list of who is coming. Pre Register for the show to me at [email protected]

Generally speaking the World of Outlaw Regulars are under contract and can not run open shows with out permission. This makes sense, as the World of Outlaws need to protect there shows, and so in this case we would likely not get too many of the "World of Outlaw Regulars" It is possible a couple might get permission, I know several have asked.
You are going to see Outlaws like Sammy Swindell, Danny Lasoski, Kerry Madsen, Brooke Tatnell, plus Kevin Swindell, Brian Brown, plus many others. Which this really opens the door for some of the "locals" to make some great money.
We have also had some contact with members of the Posse, who are thinking about hitting this and the two outlaw shows at Princeton and Husets.
We have also seem to had a lot of fans that are now thinking this would be a great weekend to travel and camp-out for all three shows.

I doubt the Woo will give any regulars the pass to come to this race especially the big names. If that is the case it looks like a regular Knoxville Saturday night show with a big purse. Thanks to Big Game for putting up the extra money to get the Knoxville regulars to travel.
