and esp Creek County is they are racing that weekend...

Hope they get a good sunday night sprint car date up there sometime this year - only been there twice i think. 04 and 07 for a NCRA mod show (great show too). Lookin at some film of racing there last year - think I would enjoy making a sunday stroll up 81 from El Reno. Is Eischens open on Sundays? lol

I find this unfortunate, and I don't believe that Ed is the bad guy here. The fairboard reassured Ed that all of this would be taken care of, that all of the stuff would be gotten back. The county and the fairboard have yet to come through on this. It is a shame because I was looking forward to possibly making a trip up to Enid.

I dont understand what you are speaking about here, can you explain?

I know a lot has been taken from the track from the other posts... What is missing that would prevent a sprint show? Cant be too much since he is having racing this sunday, May 22nd... I realize what has been said about the track lights, corner lights, water, and other things but would think that all has been taken care of since he has promoting this sundays race rather hard. My point is you cant run any class without these things so if this is why he cancelled the sprint show for the 29th then shouldnt he also cancel the regular classes that race a week earlier on the 22nd?

Just my opinion
