This event has yet to disappoint. Like usual tons of drivers and Uncle A, lol. This one tonight had me surprised on who showed up. Bob Ewell and Harold Leep made their presence there tonight. Like I have said you owe yourself just to show up and listen to stories.
Some oif the Drivers I saw and car Owners. Cody Brewer, Whit and Steve Gastineau, Buddy Johnson, Jd Porter, Steve Ochs, Mike Spivey. Gil White, Perry Pickard and Kevin Pickard, Shane Carson,Brain Satterwhite and many more.
Thank you to the Holley's for keeping this event going.

It was a great turnout over 100 people showed up and made donations. People in attendance from Kansas, Texas, & all parts of Oklahoma. Thanks to all for your donations Mrs. Mercer was very appreciative. Thanks to Charles & Charlie for donating the food and drinks it was wonderful.

Great Job Brian. I had a GREAT time last night. I really want to thank Holly's for the GREAT BBQ and allowing us to have a place to remember the great days of racing. I also like all the photos that are on the walls. Thank You once again Holly's.

We all had a super time it was nice to see all the Walkers Jack Betty Bobby Cathy and Ricky there.
I saw so many old timers hard to remember them all but just a few Herb Lobdel, Roy Patton, Hank Malone of course the Gastineau family and the regulars Shane Harold. Thought Benny Taylor and the Doss;s were going to make it but if they did I never saw them.
I want offer my THANK to the Holley bunch for offering their place and the super food for us old codgers the get together and remember old times.
Thanks to all they made this a great evening.

Same as above, great times at Holley's! Good to see some new faces like Larry Dewell, Larry Witt and Bob Ewell! Like the video, Brian.

What it is is the dog is taking care of Cody.

The Holley's would like to thank all of you who attended the Racers Night last night. Especially thankful for the all the donations making the night a success honouring the late Tom Mercer. Bonnie was very appreciative. We all need a little help through the difficult times. We want to give a special thanks to Allison, Annette and Debbie for all the extra help at the door and clean up. They might have taken the track but they can't take our memories of Fairgrounds Speedway from us. So please keep coming and we will enjoy our memories together. Special thanks to all the drivers that are willing to come and share their stories with us. There are too many names to mention but we do have a guest book and it will be kept at the restaurant. Kevin Pickard gave us a box with hundreds of pictures of racing at the Fairgrounds; so if you are interested in these pictures please come by and take your pick. He will bring more of all the classes that raced. Thanks Kevin. Thanks to Keith Roller, Trammel Rushing and Brian Satterwhite for bring their great cars, and John Stewart for bring the models and promotions. Special thanks to Shane Carson for all his help with the night.
Just can't say it enough...Thanks for making the night a success.

Man, I feel sorry for those who missed this event. You need to be at the next one. There where so many racing greats there.
I want to thank the Holley's for the great food and gathering place. I also want to thank Allison Leep, Annette Self, and Debbie Carson for all of their tireless efforts.
Also, thanks to J.D. Porter for getting this whole thing started from the begining.

If I had a month to get ready, I could get other cars in there. I'm sure the crowd would like to see different cars each time.
There are quite a few out there, trust me on that.
