The first post isn't working so I will try it again.
The first installment from Tanner Krysl is now posted on the site. He does a great job talking about the history and the specs of Outlaw Sprint Karts. Please check it out because this type of racing produces some of our future full size sprint car drivers. Spread the word about Krysl's Korner!

Kevin,
Thank you for recognizing Outlaw Dirt Karts.
Just to add to your list of racers to come from Outlaw Dirt Karts and please excuse me if I leave someone out. Brad Sweet (he is the reason for the weight rule) Kyle Hurst.
Drivers that have competed at English Creek Speedway that have moved on to race at Knoxville Raceway, Alan Ambers, Tony Shilling, Cassie Shilling, Jamie Ball, Nick Ross, Cody Ambers, Michael Williams and Matt Juhl. I truly apologize if I have left someone out.
Other racers to race at the English Creek Speedway Outlaw Dirt Kart Nationals, J.J. Yeley,
John Carnie, Matt Moro, Robby Wolfgana, Brad Sweet, Kayle Larson, Mason More and Saen Becker.
If you know of others please add them to our list.
I know there are a lot of sprint car drivers on the west coast that have come from the Outlaw Dirt Kart ranks.
I do believe that in the short time that English Creek Speedway has be in existence they have proven to be a true stepping stone to Knoxville Raceway.

It begins and ends with the two best outlaw kart drivers ever: Sean Becker and Kyle Larson
After that it's a who's who and probably easier to say who WASN'T, especially with the newer young racers.
Jonathan Allard was one of that first or second generation of outlaw kart kids who grew up to drive sprint cars along with brother Stephen.
Becker and Larson, Mason Moore, Alissa Geving have made the transition to traditional winged sprint cars (360 and 410), lots of local Wingless Sprint car drivers (see, smaller budget racers)Jimmy Pettit, Zack Lynskey, Billy Aton, Brian Southers, Taylor Simas...between those you have many main event wins without the wings in a sprint car...Dirt Modified aces out here Troy Foulger and Nick DeCarlo, Lucas Oil Late Model winner Tyler Reddick...I know I've missed a ton, but those were off the top of my head.

Ever since I have met Tanner, he has introduced me to the sport of Outlaw sprint kart racing. Didn't realize so many drivers came from this class. Thanks for all the info. I appreciate it and hope this helps get people interested in the sport.

Thank you for adding to the list of outstanding drivers that have moved thou the Outlaw Dirt Karts ranks.
I am sure there are more people out that can up with more names.
I would recommend that if you get the opportunity to visit a track that has an Outlaw Dirt Kart program you will not regret it.
We will have Outlaw Dirt Karts on display at the famed Knoxville Raceway. Come by and say hello.
