It looks like they finally found some money for tires for the 46 and 36 car's. http://www.nascar.com/races/leaderboard/cup/race/ For some reason Bill Elliott started in the 46, but they put JJ back into it on a pit stop.
Edit..Did some research and found out where the tires for the 46 came from.
For the second time this season, Red Line Synthetic Oil Corp. will be the primary sponsor of the Whitney Motorsports #46 Chevy Impala where it will be driven by NASCAR legend "Million Dollar" Bill Elliott at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series' Aaron's 499 at the Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday, April 17, 2011. Elliott is subbing for full-time Whitney team driver JJ Yeley, who raced into the field at this year’s Daytona 500.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

I guess you don't pay attention to often to Napcar but the #36 has only start and parked once or twice this year as they have been picking up sponsorship to run the whole races and just a few points out of the 36 place in points to lock in each week. Blaney is looking good today hopefully they pull out a good finish.

Well what is it once or twice, and how many races have there been?... Don't get picky, this is not the norm as he's been starting and parking for years now.
