Heard Marks pond was all but dry. If that is true, is there a way to get water on the place or can we expect extremely dusty nights until we get some substantial rainfall?

Awesome deal Tony, yes the pond is dry, he does have a storage tank that they fill up from the well, so that is the source for water until we get rain !!!
