We talked about this a bit on Tuesday's Winged Nation:
http://www.motorracingnetwork.com/Media-Center/Audio/World-of-Outlaws.aspx
So far this year in Central Pennsylvania we've had Lance DeWease, Doug Esh, Brian Monteith, Stevie Smith, Blane Heimbach, and Danny Dietrich race to wins. With three races this weekend, who's next? And why do you think that?

Unfortunately, Williams Grove and Port Royal have already cancelled for this weekend due to the weather. Lincoln is still on, but that could change as well.

40 degrees is racing weather at Lincoln, and since Port cancelled early I'd expect 32-35 cars to show.

All the Port cars would be handicapped to the back...I doubt many of them will show up.
