It doesn't matter if its an Outlaw show or The Trophy Cup. These guys are the best at getting a track prepped.

I wish people who complain a lot about track prep would recognize that part of track prep is the surface. Tulare seems to have a really good surface that is conducive to track prep. Las Vegas, on the other hand, does not. Also, conditions leading up to a race also make a big difference. There is only so much that can be done on a track that sees 15 straight days of 90+ temperature.
