As of 9:45am, tonight's races at Tulare are a go. Current forecasts call for a 30 percent chance of rain.

they are forecasting possibly over an inch of rain for hanford tomorrow. rain is also forecast for every day the next week except on tues. why don't they just run the hanford main at tulare? that is if they can get a show off at tulare. 60% chance of rain increasing to 80% in the evening. rain forecast from 1pm on.
edit: i noticed the forecast is changing for the better as the day goes on.

Based on the current weather map in motion Tulare is toast starting at about 7:00 and I hate to say it. Of course the same weather map in motion showed no rain south of Fresno yesterday so I figured Hanford with get their show in no problemo but I guess 'ya never know.....

Nothing but a few sprinkles dropped during the day on Saturday. Weather improved for race time and they had the whole deal over by around 9pm. Rain began at about 3am or when I headed in to my tent. Great weekend of fun as always when your at the sprint car races. My head hurts but what's new after having too much fun?
