Breaking News: 2007 ‘Short Track Nationals Challenge’ Announcement

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Short Track Nationals presented by Hoosier Tires, paying a whopping $20,000 to win and $2,000 for 21st position at Little Rock’s I-30 Speedway for ASCS Sprint Cars.

And to add to the drama, a new promotional opportunity is available that is sure to cause a stir in the sprint car world: the Short Track Nationals Challenge.

What is it?

The driver who wins the Odus Pack Dash For Cash, on championship night at the STN will earn the pole for the STN feature event.

If the driver chooses to accept the option of the Short Track Nationals Challenge, that driver will start the event from 21st position.

The driver will automatically be awarded an additional $1,000 from I-30 Speedway track promoter Tracey Clay, making it $3,000 to start for that driver.

If the driver accepting the STN Challenge comes through the field and wins the championship event, they will win the Short Track Nationals Challenge – which will add at least $20,000 to their winnings; making it at least $40,000 to win!

This special promotion will only happen if we can secure a title sponsor for the promotion. The event will then be renamed with their company’s name followed by ‘Challenge.’

100% of the cost of the insurance policy to cover this event promotion will go directly to the bonus amount.

For example, if a Challenge sponsor steps up and provides $4,000 for the insurance policy (the minimum cost for this promotional opportunity), then the STN Challenge bonus will be $20,000.

If the sponsor provides $6,000; the bonus will then become $30,000 – which would make the event pay $50,000 to win; and so forth.

If the winner of the Odus Pack Dash For Cash declines this promotion, the offer will then go to the 2nd place finisher of the Dash only.

If you, or know of, a company that would like a huge promotional opportunity; it is now available to the first company who signs on. And that company will have first option to renew their sponsorship for 2008 and beyond.

We’re planning to celebrate the 20th Short Track Nationals by making it the biggest ever, with the Short Track Nationals Challenge.

For more information or how your business can take on the Challenge, and the value-added options that come with this package, please email Darin Short at [email protected] .

Oh hell...just make the entry fee $500 this year and forget the sponsorship!
