This Saturday will be the first dirt track practice held at ET motopark. The
purpose of this practice is to test gearing, tire selection and give the
drivers an overall induction to the track itself. Please keep in mind that
the facility is still being built but the track itself is ready for some
testing. Practice will be held from 2pm-5pm. This weekends practice will be
for Modifieds and under classes. No late models or Sprint Cars. Next
Saturday we will welcome all classes when the facility is more complete. The
cost to spectate practice will be $10 for adults, $5 kids 11-15, kids 10 and
under will be free. Everone will be charged a spectator fee upon entering
the park. $5.00 per race car to enter the pits. You may only enter the pits
if accompanied by a race car. We hope to see everyone out this Saturday.
Pits open at 1pm. For more information log onto www.ETMotopark.com .

Schedule for weekend:

Charging to watch practice??? Interesting

In the words of Alan Iverson: "Practice man we're just talking about practice man. Not a race, not a race, practice. C'mon man, we're just talking about practice." wink

It is typical of Motocross Facilities to do that. If they are having any form of racing on the property that is why. I honestly dont have an issue with that. Places have to find a way to stay open! They are providing you a form of entertainment and you should be willing to pay for it. Another way to look at it. Is you are paying your insurance to go watch.

I am going to Glen Helen to pick up a part from a guy. Its going to cost me $10 just to get in there to pick it up because they are racing there today on one of the tracks.

On a side note, at Perris Raceway (not the PAS) they are having a big Vintage MX races there Today so if any of you would like to go on your way to Perris it will be a cool event. They will charge you a gate fee which is probably $10 to go watch.
