PA guys no where near the front again tonight. Some closer to the back of the consy though. Steve is officially super human.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

uummm???? Sorry cubic, but.......your rules state Cody is in a WoO car, so according to your rules, he is an outlaw, not posse. Therefore, going by your rules, Cody and all the others are overrated, correct?

What "rules"?
Is Darrah Posse? How about Wolfe? No one really knows.
Heck, MSPN doesn't think Hodnett or Stevie are Posse.
Good run for the old man, I'd love to see him win the whole thing this year.
Someone answer this question for me: What is the difference between Posse and a PA local? And don't tell me they have to be born in Pennsylvania because Herrera wasn't born in Iowa and they "claimed" him. Same with Brown. Honest question here.

Most people claim a driver who has been a regular runner in there area or cut their teeth running in their area. Once that driver moves on to running the outlaws they still consider him their own, but realize he is a part of the traveling circus and credit wins accordingly. The posse fans try to claim anyone and everyone, who has ever done half a damn in Central PA no matter where they come from. The thing is the posse are not used to having any of their guys leave the porch, and they hate the outlaws so much, they just can't face the fact that one of them is now outlaw! LOL. And if Darrah comes back and wins at the grove this year, he could be the one that breaks the posse streak!!!!! LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So by your standards Wolfe and Darrah are not considered "Posse" but Stevie Smith, Justin Henderson, Tyler Walker and Daryn Pittman are? They all are regular runners.

This is exactly why Non-wing racing is so much better! I never hear them bitching and arguing over who is better. They don't care whether you follow USAC, you're from Indiana or if you're from Cali...they just just respect their racers alike.
Who cares if you're from PA, IA, OH, CA or run with the All Stars or the WoO? The maturity levels of some of you is astonishing!
do it in the dirt

I'm a newbie in terms of posting, but have been following this forum for several years so please bear with me. Regarding "rules", I don't understand why people make this so complicated when it can be so simple! In my opinion, it has nothing to do with where a driver is born but rather where (either geographically or series) they race the majority of the time in ANY GIVEN racing season. Definition of majority can be up for discussion, but realistically should be at least 75-80 % or greater of the season. So if you spend the 'majority' of your time racing with the WoO, then you're WoO; majority of your time with the All Stars, then you're All Star; majority of your time running in central Penna, then you're Posse; majority of your time running Knoxville, then you're a Knoxville regular, etc, etc. Using Cody as an example, two years ago he was Posse, because he was racing primarily in central Penna. This year, he is WoO because he plans to run the full WoO schedule. Tim Sheaffer was WoO a coupkle of years ago, but now he's All Star. IMO drivers can change year to year depending on where geographically or what series they choose to run.

Darrah is now an Outlaw from PA , but we will take his win over Schatz or Kinser. Posse races in Central Pennsylvania , and Pa local run the Western pt of the State as they don't consider themselves as Posse. A guy like Hodnett, and Henderson who came from the Outlaws wasn't considered Posse Till he ran here weekly for atleast 2 full seasons. and showed he was here to stay. For me though it don't matter who wins as long as it is a good race. I'm Happy.

So Sides is now an outlaw from TN, and Meyers is an outlaw from CA, and Schatz is an outlaw from ND. Correct? Those wins are outlaw wins. Correct? Or do the areas they come from get to take those wins? You can't have it both ways. That is what i am talking about. Everyone agrees on what the "rules" are except the posse fans.

Well I'm a posse Fan and can tell you That is how I look at it too. If Darrah wins it is a WoO win. Even if it happen to be at Williams Grove/on Pa Soil. The only way we consider it a Posse win is if the race is won by a Posse member. Since Darrah went Outlaw he is no longer Posse UNLESS he returns to weekly racing in Central PA. In other words they have to run in Pa weekly to be Posse.

I can think of a few individuals on here that aren't Posse fans that don't follow those "rules".

All Darrah is doing is proving that PA breeds great drivers. He is no longer posse since he doesn't compete in PA regularly.
What gets me is at the National Open last year some posse fans are still counting Sammy's win towards their outlaws haven't won streak. Sorry but hes not a member of the posse therefore he's considered an outlaw in this case.
jmho..... and yes I am a posse fan but I do like some outlaws too

Well....Since Mr. Swindell stated in Victory lane he Infact wasn't an Outlaw so an Outlaw didn't win . He wasn't a PA regular Nor was he Outlaw regular. He maybe a "TRUE" Outlaw but he wasn't a full Fledged WoO driver, so how would his win go for the WoO? His win However did break the streak, and the streak resets.
Who really cares anyways.....Racecar spelled backwards still spells Racecar.

my point was essentially just that, it broke the streak, and like you said who cares anyways?
It just bothers me that there's posse fans still trying to claim that it was another win for the posse. Thats all.
