I re registered for dirtvision as it said you had to and received an e mail saying I had to enter a code at this attached link to complete regristration and it doesn' work. I e mailed them twice and have gotten nooooooooooo response. Thanks dirtvision!!!!!!!!!!! It was OK last year, didn't need the extra BS to re register. sure would be nice to hear Johnny G with the 4 wide salute to the fans from Magnolia.

Indeed it was! Can't wait to here him in person in Vegas and in Cali !! John always does an awesome job on Dirtvision making the listener at home feel like there at the race always on point !

What is the deal with Schatz? Started on pole of heat...finsihed third. Missed the dash. Moves up one spot in main. Couldn't qualify to save his life in Florida. What gives?

Johnny Gibson is the best in the business!!! If the Outlaws get to the point where they feel Johnny isn't worth the money anymore (like Workin' Woody), I guarantee everybody that complains about him now, will be awfully sorry.

Sorry , Johnny Gibson is not the best in the business , there are better announcers . He does know his WoO material well though , but it's the same material over and over again .

Now that is both funny and right on .......... IF (big IF) I am subjected to any NAPCAR TV racing I mute the sound.
That type of stuff is because your 'product' isn't that good ...need to take their mind off ....the fact the racing sucks.
Who gives a damn about the mundane crap those announcers use to fill 'dead' time (which there is PLENTY of during a NAPCAR race.)
Gibson is like a pair of old comfortable shoes .... you know what you're gonna get every time when he announces. It just feels easy and good to listen to JG.
Plus as an added bonus ....JG has a great product to 'sell' (announce for.)

Gib may use some of the same info for each driver (sponsors, nickname, catch-phrases, etc.) - and if you are listening on DV it may seem a bit repetitive -- but you have to keep in mind he is also announcing over the track PA which is his primary duty and a lot of the fans in attendance only hear that info once a year. As for calling a race so those at home listening on DV can "see" the action on the track - intervals, location on the track - nobody does it better.

Also, as Brad doty said the other night on DV, Johnny is not reading that from a piece of paper........he has all those sponsers memorized. I surly couldn't do that. He gets my vote for being the best in sprint cars.
