Can anyone tell me what Daron will be doing this race season?
"I'd pay $15 to watch a sprint car sit still."

Prolly the same as last year. He mentioned on IOW that he couldn't make the trip to Fla. this week due to work (snow plowing).

Without the wing, he was worth the price of admission by himself.

Daron is fun to watch in anything he drives. If I won the Powerball, I'd definitely help him out with his car. I'm just happy to see him race when he can period.

He's way more exciting to watch without the wing on.

he's not to boring with a wing either. Him in the Bmain both nights at the first ironman was exciting. I wish him a lot of good luck with what ever he does. I just miss watching him.

"he couldn't make the trip to Fla. this week due to work (snow plowing)" - I wish I could have been there to watch, I've never seen a snowplow flip before.
"Without the wing, he was worth the price of admission by himself" & "He's way more exciting to watch without the wing on" - If it is a wing race, give him time, he will eventually tear it off.
"he's not to boring with a wing either" - Bingo, he had some spectacular flips at Benton and Farmington in the past.
Sorry Petey, I just had to dis on your fav.

I always heard "you ain't seen anythying til you see DC at Haubstadt, he flips higher than the billboards!" I've never seen him without the wing, maybe someday.

Nah it's cool Fred. Unfortunately he took a few more flips last year, two of which I saw at Haubstadt. Hope he's more careful this year.

ive been lucky to see him win in the hoffman 69 at gas city when i went out to indy speedweek a few years ago! when he ran the all star deal and came to pennsylvania, he was really fast at lincoln speedway, just didnt have much time in the winged car to learn alot i guess! although i think he had a top 5 in the winged car somewhere! seen the fips on youtube, pretty crazy stuff! hope he can come to pa for the usac races this summer!!

He got fifth I think at Attica after he won Rookie of the Nats. at K'Ville. He really made some progress towards the end of the year. Main problem was the motors, he didn't crash hardly any that year. Wish he could have kept the winged deal going but I missed him at the wingless races. He and Anthony his old crew chief did good with what they had.
