ROOKIE SPRINT CAR DIVISION FOR 2011 TO COMPETE THURSDAY NIGHTS
It's called an Economy Sprint (E Sprint) around the nation, and 81
Speedway will be placing them on the
schedule for 2011 to compete as a
Rookie Division on Thursday nights.

While the car looks similar to ones already competing at the speedway with a
360 motor, Economy Sprints
have a completely different engine package which
are comporable to the engines running in Sport Mods.

Interested in the Economy Sprints.....contact the speedway office for rules
and information

I believe they are going to run a 16sq ft wing with no nose wing.

You are correct David. They were worried about the cars gettting out of the track in 3 and 4 without a wing and landing on the street.
