On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the best and 10 being the worst how would you rate the Glenn Howard Memorial Race. It was the only race I made this year. And I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also bought the video and I enjoyed that also. For the fans that went to many races this year in 2010 at the PAS how would you rate the "Glenn" race to other sprint car races throughout 2010 at the PAS. You can't count the Oval Nationals, because that had to be the best?
Sincerely,
Larry Otani

Larry...every race at the PAS was a 10 in 2010, I can understand if you missed a wedding or birthday party etc, but can't understand why anyone would only get to one race a year, get your butt out there next year and bring a friend, bring two if that's what it takes, your missing the best entertainment in the world. Shame on you...

I attended 6 or 7 races this year at the PAS. I made it a point to bring someone with me that had never attended a race at the PAS. My brother and his kids for one (they attended ever race after. His 4 year old son is getting the video from the Nationals for Christmas), a friend for another (again, attended every race after and one of my clients and his two teen sons for the Glenn. Each and every person said they had never attended more exciting races in their lives. They will all be attending this coming year.
What most really liked was the tight racing in every races, and just the sheer excitement. Additionally, going to the pits and interacting with the drivers and team owners really made them feel a part of the happenings. They also liked the drivers coming up into the stands before the main event and being able to wish them luck and pick their favorites before the main (when the charity collection was going on).
I am unable to name a races that I attended that was not a 10.
Is the Glenn being held in 2011? Looking forward to the new season. Wish there were more races.

Next year I plan on attending all the PAS races.
Last year I was studying for my MBA and it took all my spare time. Just have one more class to go and then I should be able to spend some time at the race track.
So, I really look forward to enjoying myself at the race track. The sad thing is my buddy is heavily involved in racing and that means I will have to spend some time in the pits. I don't really look forward to that. If you have never been on a race team, it is not fun. You just come home so tired and exhausted. As a fan you can just kick back and enjoy the races. That is what I would like to do, but my buddy coaxed me into buying a sprint car, so I will probably get to race it a few times and I will have to admit, I love watching my buddy race. I do have to admit I really enjoy that. But again if you have never been on a sprint car team, your duty is to your driver and you must committ and that is all work until he hits the track and that's where the fun comes in. That is really exciting...lol!
Thank God this post did not come out negative. You just never know how people will take your posts.
Merry Christmas and maybe we will see you at the races next year, either in the pits or in the stands.
Larry "O"
P.S. I really hope to bring somebody to the races next year and really for the next 7 years. That is my plan...lol!
