Gary Thomas put this list together in Jan. 07. You will have to do the math to add the 07 wins.
Here is the updated all-time GSC win list going into next weekend's Mini Gold Cup in Chico. It's been updated through old programs and info from the John Padjen Motorsports website.
GSC Career Win List: As of January 2007
1.Brent Kaeding 70
2. Steve Kent and Tim Kaeding tied with 28
3. Tim Green 15
4. Jonathan Allard 13
5. Kevin Pylant 12
6. Jason Meyers 10

keep in mind that i have won every gsc race i have entered!! seriously though, is that a gsc list or does that include NARC?

No it doesn't inlcude NARC so the numbers are kind of off when you look at all-time Nor Cal wins. Also keep in mind that GSC has only been running 20 + races since 2001.
Including NARC wins Brent has something around 170-180.
When NARC ended after 2000, the top five in all-time wins were:
1. Brent Kaeding
2. Leroy Van Connet
3. Tim Green
4. Steve Kent
5. Jimmi Sills
