If you're using Internet explorer, look at the first row of icons in the reply box. You should see a small pic of the sun over the horizon as the fourth icon from the right. That's the icon to click to post a picture. Click it, and it'll take you to window that allows you browse the pics on your computer.
Click on a pic, and it will walk you through the steps required to post a pic. Try it - you won't break anything if you make a mistake.....

Click on the icon -
then browse you pics until you select one...
it will then download to the window, then select "insert" - it should appear in the topic window
