What do you think is the best color for a race car nowadays? New school colors or old school colors? Its that time of year to start thinking for a color scheme for next season.

All black (body wings , wing centers , wheels , nerfs , bumpers , radius rods , drag links, headers , seat , and all). Lettering with all chrome / mirror vinyl. ;0

I couldn't agree more! I like the clean black or white look, but it's been way overdone. If you want to stand out from the crowd, go red, blue, orange or whatever. Another thing that's way overdone is the black clothing. The pit area looks like a darn funeral, especially at the west coast places.

Lol! Are there any black drivers in sprint car racing?
I remember Cheryl(sp?) Glass, a black female driver from Washington state, many years ago. She tried the WoO tour with Ron Shuman as a teammate.
Red is my favorite color. It makes cars look fast.

I remeber Wolfgangs car in about (1991??) as a young pup looking over the machine, there was absolutly no flash and no paint on the chassis, never knew if this was deliberatly, or just simply no time for the shine?,anyway, never seen paint make a car go faster, but, part of the fun is a nice looking car

Anything but black ,the blacked out everything was kinda cool a cpl yrs ago ,but now every other car in the pits blacked out is getting boooooring ,
