You'd be close to a few Micro tracks and an hour, to an hour and half away from 3 weekly 410 Sprint tracks.

Likely you'll be within an hour of Lincoln & Williams Grove, not sure about Port but I'd guess around an hour an a half. It's worth the drive, admission is usually around $15(never over $20 unless you know who is in town or it's the high paying dream race at Port), the 3 410 tracks allow coolers for food/booze/drinks, etc. If your into racing, it's hard to entertain yourself for less in PA.

I live in the suburbs of Lancaster - the drive times above are correct. Route 30 and Rte 283 are the major roads to racing.
recommendation - avoid property purchases in the city
Lincoln 1845 ft/.35 mile T1=118MPH
Eldora 2287 ft/.43mile T3=135MPH
Port 2716 ft/.51 mile T3=TBD
Grove 2792 ft/.53 mile T3=135MPH
Selinsgrove 2847 ft/.54 mile T1=136MPH
