Mr. and Mrs. Porter donated a wing to my man cave recently to mount on my sprinter and I have a question about mounting. By the way, THANK YOU again for the wing, it looks great!

Can I buy just any wing tree to mount the wing or does the tree need to be specific to my Schnee chassis? I didn't know if they were somewhat universal or not. The wing has external runners so does that mean for the front mount I need a certain type of mount? I guess I can just go to Bishops and get what I need but I would rather look like an idiot on here first and then go over there and try to seem cool with my new found knowledge.

Thanks,

Jeff

I've got a bunch of old stuff like that. Text me the dimensions and I'll go measure all of our old external stuff to see if it would fit.

Man Jeff can sure make a guy feel old Mr. and Mrs., I looked to see if I had any front and rear stands and only have one set for an external wing and I thought I might better keep that in case of.

As usual that Cheese is da man

All that should matter is if the front spuds on the cage are 19" center to center or 25" center to center.

How do you measure center to center? left to right, or right to left.

First I measured right to left, then left to right, then on one leg, then with one eye coled. Each time I came up with 25".

Sounds like you gotter pretty centered, unless Cheese was holding the other end of the tape measure and, the car was pointed North to South and not East to West. Even with one eye closed.
