Sam Hafertepe Jr. started 3rd along side Sammy Swindell taking the lead from Brady Bacon and then held on for a hard fought win.
A couple of video clips of the opening and closing laps of the feature are currently loading to my youtube page at:

They should be up in 45 minutes or so, based on the internet connection at the hotel.
Greg Wilson (OH) recovered from a slow start in the heat to gain the final lock-in spot for the Saturday night championship feature by finishing 3rd.
Hafertepe's new Fisher powerplant was hitting on all 8 all night long - congrats on the hard fought win!

Been strong all year. Expect more and more out of the guy, hope he can get some big money behind him then look out. The girls choice (at least my wife)

Either the team is spending more money or Sam is just doing it much better this year. Maybe stronger next year. Best for the remainder of 2010 and next year go get em. Show the Lone Star state proud.
