USCS and Goodyear offer Gumbo Nationals 2010 Tire Special
Atlanta, GA - October 28, 2010 - The United Sprint Car Series and Goodyear Racing are offering race teams a rear tire SPECIAL PROMOTION for the Gumbo Nationals 2010 at Greenville Speedway (Greenville Speedway) on November 5th and 6th. Teams will be able to purchase either a right rear and left rear or two left rear tires for just $299.00+ tax. " Here, near the season's end we wanted to give everyone a chance to participate in this 4th annual Gumbo Nationals event. We felt that offering this special promotion would help teams be more able to participated and reduce the cost for them", stated USCS President and Founder Pete Walton.
Legal tires for participation in the United Sprint Car Series winged sprint car events are the size 105x17x15 being either Goodyear stock #3102 G200 compound or stock #3103 G300 compounds on the right rear. On the left rear the legal tires are the 30 series tires only including numbers such as the 3031, 3032, 3041, etc.3042.
The Gumbo Nationals 2010 includes two full nights of USCS winged sprint car racing. Each night includes a Goodyear Speed Dash, Qualifying Heat races and B and A main events. A possible $4500 is up for grabs for one driver over the two nights of racing at the ΒΌ mile Gumbo clay oval. Also on the busy Gumbo Nationals racing card both nights are the Super Late Models, Nesmith Crate Late Models, Street Stock and Mini Stock Gumbo Nationals 2010 Championships
