With over 150 cars in the pit area for the 45th Enid Speedway Winter Nationals in Enid, Oklahoma on Saturday night, the drama to find out who will become the 2010 O'Reilly/NCRA southern modified point champion will come down to two feature finales in one day as curfew struck midnight to postpone the nights feature finale.

Four heat races for the 35 cars signed in were complete with Todd Decker, currently second in series points, winning the first heat race over current series points leader Dustin Buntin. Robert Elliott came back into competition and took home the second heat races while Travis Johnson, who has won the last two series features held at the speedway, wired the field in the third heat race. Brandon Smith won the fourth and final heat race. Tim Ford out ran Randy Sallee and Steve Blunk to take home the ten lap "B" feature.

With passing points decided through the heat race action, Decker and Johnson will start on the front row for the Sunday afternoon, twenty-five lap feature finale with Frank Graven and Elliott making up row number two. Buntin and Ross McCartney will make up row number three. Twenty-two cars will make up the "A" feature field, which is already set.

Gates will open at 10:00 AM with racing action to complete Saturday nights feature events get underway at 2:00 PM. The pits will then be cleared and the O'Reilly/NCRA southern modified division drivers will then redraw for the finale event for the 2010 race season.

We left at midnight and they still had all the features to run but the OCRS sprints. The Factory Stock feature was pulling out onto the track when we left.
