There's still a chance that Meyers could win the points and the #9 could win car owner points. Time will tell!

My question is where the hell did Schatz come from? He is now 2nd. Does he have a shot at it at all?

That would be SWEET! Meyers is probably going to find the TSR cars and perhaps others are going to be racing him like a lot of them complain he does.

What "other drivers" are complaining how Meyers races them ? It appears that you are the only one that does the complaining, whats your beef with he 14 driver ?

My question is where the hell did Schatz come from?
He only moved from third to second. Kinser had horrible nights at The Grove and Schatz got around him. No big deal.
Meyers, for the past five races, has been racing for points. Going to be hard to beat with three races to go.

I'm not the one who called or calls him "king of the chop". Beyond that I'm entitled to my own opinion.

where did he come from ? has been there all along had it not been for saldanas bad luck at eldora would have probably been at most 3rd but with the bad luck and dnfs he has had this year and only 5 wins that is an amazing result in anybodys book. he had flat tires at least a couple of times with only a few laps left either leading or top 5 the outcome could have been alot closer
BUT THATS RACIN cant win em all wait till next year

Exactly, your opinion thats what I was getting at & how many races have you seen in person to come to that conclusion ?

Plenty. My opinion of him has nothing to do with his driving style so you might want to ask some of the people who have issues with is driving style how it is they came to that opinion. Without elaborating - because I don't need to - I just don't care for him. My opinion comes from a combination of what I have seen and in speaking with people who feel the same. I recognize that there are others who do not agree and this obviously is fine. In fact one of them could have potentially been $100 richer should Meyers win the championship had he been willing to put his money where is loyalty is.

I'm quite sure BK can recall a "double chop night" he received about 10 years ago at Watsonville.
Thought the National Guard was gonna get called out that night.
Happened both times in turn three.

Nothing like holding a grudge or digging up old dirt. 10 years ago? That's funny! I think Jason was just getting started back then. They all make mistakes. He has raced clean EVERY time I have seen him race here in Iowa. He is a 1st class guy that represents the WoO well.

Regardless of what you may think of his driving style , JASON MEYERS IS A CLASS ACT NOT LIKE SOME OTHER DRIVERS I WILL NOT MENTION . The best thing for the WoO is to have a different point winner or Champion , one driver dominating is not good for the sport . Different winners this year was a great thing for the Outlaws , and hopefully next year will be even better with the tire change again ,( a harder sidewall ) , no fuel stops and a 33 gallon fuel cell , now they have to tweak a few more things and they will have a great program , let's hope so .

19, I was simply making a comment on the "chop" statement.
You are not (obviously) smart enough to figure that out.
So sad!

It's no secret. Fans and other drivers are well aware of his "driving style". But it doesn't matter he will walk out of Charlotte with the title he has worked so hard to get. I hope he enjoys it because next year will be here before we know it.
On a side note i'm really glad he decided that him and DJ needed to go their own ways. Thank you Jason. Hopefully that pays off BIG for #7 fans.

After running over 2000 laps I'm sure every driver has had an incident or two (including several by your # 7 ) thats dirt racing. Good luck DJ,only time will tell.

I never really had a problem with the 14 till this years Brad Doty race @ Limaland. The 14 did some chopping on Lee Jacobs not once but twice!

The sun came up this morning.
Since we were pointing out the obvious. Some fans and drivers see it all the time and others are his few fans and never notice. No big deal. When other drivers get tired of it they will strike back and when they do just that once they will be the dirtiest to ever strap in. Schatz knows what i'm talking about.

Isn't that what makes sprint car racing so exciting, slide jobs and chopping.
It takes a driver with balls to do that kind of stuff and get away with it.
Not that they always get away with it, some accidents happen, but that's racing.
