I have been getting emails and calls about the 45 Enid Winter Nationals coming Oct 23-24th asking me about the No Entry Fee on my flyer.

There is no entry fee for either day with each day paying a full main event. There are TWO complete events.

The only class that must pay entry fee is the NCRA SPORT MODS and that is paid to the NCRA.

Hope that clears that up.

And hopefully we shall see you there !

Friday is hot laps and free bar b que
Saturday 6pm races
Sunday 2pm races

Sweet!

I think we will be making our first trip north on 81 for the first time since 2007 - for a race at least... we head to Okarche/Kingfisher all the time for youth basketball games - but anyways man this should be a great show. And a suggestion - anyone coming from the south on 81 or from the OKC area - I suggest making a stop at Eischens in Okarche - literally the home of the best chicken and beer (even withstanding my abstaining from the latter lol)

TWO COMPLETE PAYING SHOWS? NO ENTRY FEE?. Thats awesome. Quite unlike charging an entry fee for a 2 day show that basically paid less than a weekly show when 2 outings are considered - the first night not paying anything. (meeker).

Videos I saw of the early season sprint car races at Enid were very encouraging. I hope NCRA sport mods get more support too.

And when you consider 2 paying shows with no entry fee at all - if there isn't an absolutely monster field then everyone can quit bitching about purse/payout. I hope okc metro cars of all classes absolutely invade for one of the better purses/formats of the fall season.

Cody, I might make an apperance Sunday. Have other plans Sat night. Off the top of my head there should be a good car count as I think most everyone is already done with winter nats and such,

I was asked by a champ driver last night how many cars I think would should up and I said at least 35.,

I agree. Low end in the low 30's - high end in the low 40's. Last year a ton showed up - and I think a lot more regional drivers had many more nights on their motor than this year. As Metro drivers have no SFS and OCRS guys don't run Creek every single off week. But ya never know - I guess all that matters is it will be a good field - and hopefully a good fast, multi groove track to go with.

Other plans saturday.....hmmm......that wouldn't happen to involve an OSU game would it? lol. The way things are going there could be a lot of bad blood on here come late November - it will be a shame if OSU heads into the Bedlam game with a chance to win the Big 12 south - just to get bitch slapped back to where they belong lol! (yep I'm gonna start it now lol - and watch both Oklahoma teams lose next week lol).

The only other thing going on is the Winternationals at Ardmore and it is Friday-Saturday with the SST sprints running Saturday. Should be at least 30 sprints

And just saw that the ASCS Sooner Region will be running Thunderbird in Muskogee.

The SST sprints wont have any affect on the other two. Suprised the Sooner Region will run only 3-4 hours from their Short Track Nationals.
