Also my first visit to WG.... excellent!
Got up at 5:30 AM, flew from Denver to Philly, drove 2 hrs. to WG, then 2 more hrs. after race to girlfriends house in SE Pennsylvania (I admit it, wouldn't have gone if not for her...)... worth it.
I was pulling for Posse, but oh well, it was a blast! I think I'm finally understanding qualifying, heats etc.
Wish we had sprints in Denver....

I was impressed during the show last night as well. I thought we were going to have a true redneck moment when the 89 and another car got together during the B. I didn't get a chance to get to the back stretch to meet BRR, but I was down in turn 1 durin qualifying, I can't wait to drive off into that corner like that one day. Anyone know how quick they're running at the end of the straights? Has to be at least 120-30 easy.
I don't know when I'll be back, but I'll get back up there some day.
