he runs other races at the same time as WoO races,,,,
So I guess that keeps him from tow money and the point fund?
I'm just guessing but I think he is finally having run...racing when and where he wants.
Not a bad deal.

I believe without looking it up that Lance Dewease is a 4 time winner as well. The traveling argument holds no water as the the Knoxville regulars would never travel here to run the Grove even if they paid a million to win. They have no shot at ever being competitive here with the Outlaws in town, ask Skip Jackson. However, I believe several Posse cars were at the Knoxville show in May including the 15 and 30c.......Go leppo!

OK, so I missed Steve winning it 4 times........image that, another WoO (with Schatz) winning it 4 times, but no posse has ever done it..........No, Lance hasnt won it 4 times either, you should have looked it up I guess.

Other than the NATIONALS, I doubt too many PA teams ever run over to Knoxville to race for one night.
The same for the Knoxville boys.
Folks, that is why it is called "LOCAL RACING!"
Sammy is OUTLAW...not necessarily of the "Uncle Teddy"variety but he is an OUTLAW and has done the bulk of his 2010 racing this year with the travelers.
The Pa folks can come up with all kinds of "reason" their steak is still alive but the simply fact is Sammy, who has more 2010 WoO points than any other series he might race with, won. Get over it.
Now smile. He keeps your butt cheeks from puckering!

I think Lance showed up for a regular 1 night show at Knoxville a few years ago. And guess what..... he won in the Hamilton 77 against the Knoxville regulars.
Now having said that, I think Fred also showed up for a regular show last year and was a DNQ.

Many teams have the same equipment now and the depth at the Grove is
second to none. The Posse SHOULD win at the Grove. They run there every
week and have their stuff dialed in.
Nice ... looks like the imbecile post of the year. Using this theory we should be able to say that the teams that run Knoxville have the same equipment and they certainly bring depth as it is their home track and there are quite a few Knoxville regulars last I checked, so the Knotheads SHOULD win at Knoxville. They run there every week and have their stuff dialed in. Maybe we should say any area that has at least say 3 to 5 decent sprint car teams should be able to beat the touring boredom nine times straight at their home track too ... but guess what you're not EVER going to say that except in one place, the capital of local sprint car racing worldwide, central PA. Get over it, take your jealousy elsewhere and quit trying to piss on the parade because you don't have the talent in your local area to beat the touring bore once let alone nine times in a row.

The Grove is the Grove and Knoxville is Knoxville. The best local racers call one of the two home. The Posse domination is awesome to hear about. Im taking nothing away from them. It's always great to see a local win an Outlaw show, not to mention 9 times in a row. BUT dont take anything away from the Knoxville locals either. Locals in both race as hard as they can with the money they have and when either beat the Outlaws i tip my hat to them.

I'd say the attica-fremont locals are just as tough.

But that's just my opinion.

Didnt have the time to look it up and was just going off the top of my head. I tend not to get involved in these debates as it just seems foolish. My guess is you've never been to Williams Grove yet you've posted on this thread about as much as anybody, I dont get that.....Go Leppo!

I think its cool that Fred has never one it and probably never will. Bob Bennet would probably have one if he would have had Freddies equipment for the last 25 years. I will never forget the last lap standing on beer hell in 99. PRICELESS.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Now, I dont think they can refuse him point money if he has earned it... so dont say I said that...lol. But I said earlier in this that he probably doesnt get paid like the "outlaws" so he probably cannot be considered one....
