Labor Day Weekend saw Goldesberry Motorsports compete at the two-day 7th Annual Lake Ozark 360 Nationals at Eldon, Missouri's Lake Ozark Speedway. On Saturday, an unfavorable pill draw placed Jordan on the inside of the 5th row of his heat. The Springfield, Illinois driver pushed the Goldesberry Signs and Designs/Performance Truck Accessories/Collision Care, Inc./Modern Paving and Scrap/Fibertech Racing/Scott Performance/GPC Race Products #65 up to a 6th place finish. That placed the nineteen year old pilot on the inside of the 2nd row in the first B-main. With just two drivers advancing from each of the two last chance races, despite a solid 4th place result, Goldesberry would be forced to the sidelines for the A-main. 24 hours later, Lady Luck was still not on team's side at the pill draw, as Jordan once again found himself saddled with a poor draw. Despite rocketing the bright yellow and blue Maxim up to 2nd place, a gremlin masquerading as a failed ignition would put and end to Goldesberry's charge, and once again put him in the B-main, where an 11th place result would once again mean that the team would be loading up the racecar before the feature.
This weekend will see the team head west on Interstate 72 on Sunday to compete at the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders stop, presented by Noxin Trucking and Selby Implement, at Quincy Raceways in Quincy, Illinois.
