Civil War series in Chico was rained out on wednesday night, the track and infield was a lake from all of the rain, hope they can get the track ready tomorrow for the Outlaws, I would surprised if they do from what I saw tonight.

Not a good way to start your trip "back home" is it?

The weather dude says 1/5 of an inch of rain as of 9 PM

Hopefully, they can work the track back in tomorrow.

No rain in the forecast for the rest of the week.

Smile

if it stays dry most of the day it will just saturate the grounds which will make for sloppy pits and infield

it hasn't rained for 4 months. it will soak into the ground. plus there will probably be a north wind witch will help dry it out. if need be they can always use the pavillion for the pits. i'm very optomistic.
