I was talking to Chad tonight and he told me that Pete Grove came and got the truck & trailer leaving him without transportation to get to Knoxville this weekend. I was under the impression that Chad had the rig on loan for the remainder of the season. Apparently Chad thought so, too - but he was shocked when Pete showed up at the shop today and drove it away. Seems Chad can't catch a break this season. He says he WILL somehow make it to Knoxville. So if anyone has a spare rig parked out back you might want to look Chad up and lend him a hand. Just thought I'd let everyone know the scoop before the rumors start to fly.

I see Kerry Grabill Racing is selling their whole operation. (Ibracn.com) They have a trailer for sale along with everything else.

Open trailers are cheap. Not flashy, but i bet the racing surface does not know what your sprinter was hauled on. Good luck.

That is to bad. That just shows you what kind of person Pete Grove is. Can't trust anything he says. Hopefully everything will work out for Chad. Chad really needs a good break, he really deserves it.

Guy Webb's hauler, and car, are sitting idle somewhere, but Chad would need to get everything in writing and be sure that there are no liens attached.

Wright One ... I bet that rig you're talking about is a pretty darn nice one at that LOL! But ... an open trailer behind Kemenah's motorhome pulling into Knoxville would show how much determination he has and definitely turn some heads.

What a idiot Pete Grove is!!!!! Does he not realize that racers are racing to make a living, to support families? Why would anyone go into a racing deal if they had no money? I just hope no one else has to learn from this. RACERS BEWARE, PETE GROVE IS A SHYSTER!!!!!!

ArizonaTools.com is on board right now but they need to see sales folks to keep them around. They are not shelling out money so they can see their name on a race car going round and round. It seems a few of you tried to order but did not order $100 worth and tried to use the promo code. The way the code works is if you order $100 or more worth of tools you will get $25 off. They are not in the business to give a way tools. Want to help Chad then support this sponsor and they will write more checks to keep him on the road.
Folks do you think sponsors put their name for pride to strut their stuff? Those days are GONE! They want to market and then see sales, is that too much to ask if they are shelling out thousands? It seems everyone wants their cake and eat it too .. .they want corporate dollars but hey don't try to sell me something or send me mail or call me no no just send your money. Sorry but that does not get them a return on their investment.

Chad has a trailer that he was told thgat he can use the rest of the season ( this is a sure deal ) and he is borrowing a truck for this weekend at knoxville until he has a little more time to look for a toter so he will be in knoxville "Justbusiness" if i was still working on cars for a living i would be using chads promo code i promise but i gave up wrenching for a living but i do appreciate what Arizona Tools has done for Chad and as soon as i get a chance to get our tools sorted out for the sprint car i will be in touch thanks Ed

I remember when I went with Jac H to Eldora a few years back to a usac show. As I walked the pits with Jac and his son it was really sad to see a man of his caliber asking to drive for some one. Since at that time he had no ride. It was not familiar for me knowing that this guy who could dust anyone out there if given the chance was being turned down by every swinging di-- owner in the pits. I sat there that nite and saw this change come to Haud that I never thought I would see. He finally got angry, and said I'll show them Big Liggs . He said nothing all the way back to Wooster ,Ohio that nite. That Monday when I came over he said Big Ligg get me in shape were gonna go win that Mopar Million. I said you don't even have a car ! He said we'll use that Frame of Justin's his oldest sons.
And we will lease a motor. For a trailer we'll use Sheldon's motto cross trailer. I would have said you are nuts, but I saw that look in his eyes and he meant every word of it. Then his friend Dave hooked him up with a guy Larry and the rest was history.I remember before the race Tony Stewart came up to Jac and shook his hand, and said don't beat us too bad Jac. I then told Jac he had better refocus because that man does not think you have a chance in Hell of beating anyone let alone his cars with JJ Y and whoever . That look returned to Hauds eyes and he went out and took no prisoners.I admit I'm not the best when it comes to writing on this site but when it comes to Jac and Chad no one should stand around and doubt their honesty to the sport family and friends. Both have proved that they are the Mid west and should never have to pay anything other than the fun times they are giving you and the fun times they yet have in store.I really don't think it is ethical for person of such character as Chad to put his life on the line every race before someone will fork out money something does not seem right with that. In advertising alone that is the job you do advertise it is that company that is responsible for selling. I haven't yet counted but allot of these companies are asking for performance clauses when the advertisement they have already been expose to from Kentucky, Tenn,In,Ohio Arizona and Cal and States in between is priceless exposer and are indebted to 3x.
Remember the Holsom Miss Madison I think The speed boat the whole community got behind it. Let the racers concentrate on racing . Thank you! D.Liggins ---Friend of 3x and 35!!!!
