So I was working on firming up my plans for attending this years Filskov up in WI and I see that Oshkosh picked up the Friday night before the Filskov.

Not a bad two day'er. I have heard that the show in Oshkosh was fairly good on Friday night and the Filskov is usually a pretty good race, so I'm looking forward to a little mid September bliss!

Well the Friday night show at Oshkosh was not real good.

Way to many caution lap's, really I bet there was 3 or 4 times as many caution laps as green flag laps.

Cars spinnin on a tacky track doing 360's and such, kind of boring.

Feature cut short, B feature cut short.

I wonder if I go up to the ticket window and ask for say like 15% off if they will give it to me, really I mean that is what I was shorted last time.

I know it is a stock car track and all but if you are going to have a sprint car special then some of them need to stay home.

I thought the A on Friday was a pretty good one, albeit cut to 25 laps. Goedon and Reinke with lead changes, Balog from 12th, Bartz a top 5 with a car that sounded like it had a playing card in the spokes, Haeni running strong both nights, Warren with a good run up to 7th.

Always a chance in September for bigshot-outsiders to pop in for the weekend.
