Sounded like a classic, can't wait to see it. My heart goes out to Sammy and his team, but a huge finish for Shaeffer, congrats! Must have been awesome to be there to see that pass happen in person. Finally, thank god for KNIA/KRLS. For all of you there in person, party safely tonight!

If somebody could record it I'd be very grateful, it'll never be on aussie TV.

This was the best Nationals that I had the pleasure to attend. Been going since 95. Unfortunately it would have been great to see if Sammy would have won it had his tire not exploded. Sammy won alot of fans hearts this week, and I can feel for the guy. Certainly not at all disappointed to see Tim take it. He certainly has paid his dues over the years driving for alot of different teams. After tonight all will know The Steel City Outlaw. May have been one of the most popular wins ever.

You may want to contact the Hall of Fame and see if the track will make a DVD copy available. I don't have the technology to record a DVD, but I may be able to get a VHS if you would want such. I just rely on the DVR anymore, but I know I have a VHS recorder here somewhere.
