Yeah...Shane has had some good sucsess ay Knoxville, he won in spring of 2008 in the DTR 83 car and even the last couple in the 360 and this past cople weeks, wow. Shane could always stand on the gas, now he's proving he can drive and be competitive night in and night out. Way to go Shane!
The older I get, the faster I used to be.

Ever since Shane teamed up with Paul Silva, starting with the Doyles Harley Davidson 1D car from Oregon a few years ago, these two have been very tough to beat. Paul Silva is one of the best mechanics and now car owners and knows how to get his cars up from. His 57 cars have always been fast and winning, no matter who was behind the wheel. Adding Shane to his team has made them almost unstoppable. Outstanding jobs by both of them and i dont expect that to change any time soon.

Nice run to finish on the podium at the NATS. Wish there could have been a couple of more laps to see Shane pass Donny and Tim.
But Congrats to Tim and the team on an awesome win.
Are the Knoxville Nationals the most difficult race in sprint car racing to finish on the podium?

I walked by the tech area last night and seen that Shanes engine has a TSR sticker on the valve covers. What is up with that?

Interesting observation. I know that on Wednesday night he changed motors after qualifying. It's always been my understanding that Silva only owned one 410. So, the team either bought another motor or a deal was struck?

Well the engine he had in for the 50 Lapper clearly said Tony Stewart Racing on the valve covers. I bet he rented one from TSR!
