I am happy to see Shaffer get the win.
Also happy for Posse fans as they will have the bragging rights for the 50th Nationals winner. Something to be very proud of.
Enjoy celebrating the victory Posse folks!

Posse? Lol he's an All Star through and through. A fact that is taken full advantage of when the All Stars are beaten regularly at the Grove. Congrats on the 1st ever All Star Knoxville champion.

Great job by Tim...Posse i don't really think so. He races here about as much as Kinser or Schatz, not much more. What a run.......Glad to see Hodnett put up a good run for real Posse

Congrats to Tim Shaffer. My only fear is that 410James is going to be rubbing it in for a LONG time.

Tim's not Posse now, wasn't yesterday and won't be tomorrow, get real. The Posse big dogs got embarassed again like we all expected. Hodnett an also ran for years with the big dogs has always done well at Knoxville no matter what car he's in. Stevie left the Posse almost 20 years ago and only a fool would even call him that (like Cubic, lol). The two main Posse stalwarts Lance and Fred showed once again that for the most part the only track they're competiitve at is the Grove although Lance is about 1 - 30 at Lernerville. You can win the National Open and go down to Charlotte and get embarassed to prove my point even further, can't wait for that to happen. Take It Easy.....

Tim Shaffer is from Western PA, not Posse Country. He has never in his career run weekly at a posse track. Only been in posse country when the outlaws or all-stars run there. If anyone should be happy its Guy Webb and the All-Stars.

Props to Tim and crew!! Nobody more deserving comes to mind.
Nice work by you Mulligan, some of your best to date. Bitter?? Grumpy?? To think that Fred and Lance are the 2 main POSSE boyz shows just how outta touch you are. Get a clue, or choose not to participate in the conversation.
BTW..........I don't consider Tim POSSE, but the trophy is comin' East!!

Actually, he drove the Bob Stewart 12 car for a while, while Lee Stauffer was the wrench..but I don't think he ever won a feature at the grove in the car....
