Did he have a problem with the racecar? Or was he not allowed to race because he came out late or something?

While lining up in front of the flagman, I think Sammy got over Kerry's tire. From the stands it appeared that nothing was wrong but very easily could have been. Sammy I believe was mid pack and I thought may have just pulled in after the incident to not tear up equipment on the rubbered down track.
