Kraig Kinser has the most unprofessional crew ive ever seen! Tonight when Jason Meyers didnt go to the scales they all went down to the scales and started screaming and cussing at the Knoxville officials about it like a bunch of idiots! There is no reason for that just because they have a beef with Jason Meyers. No wonder Kraig hasnt won a race all year! With people like this around you you will never be successful!

So not going to the scales is OK if Meyers does it?
Why have a rule if you're not going to enforce it? IMO, a rule should apply to all.....

I'm pretty sure I've seen multiple teams speak up when a team "breaks" a rule.
****
Soooo "Karry" is an a## hole because he made Jason go directly to his pits? Oh I know what "Karry" was trying to do after the heat. He was driving by Jason telling him to quick go to his pits and fore go the scales. Jason listened and that is why "Karry" is an A hole.

I figured there was some kind of issue b/t the Kinser's and Meyers based on the fact that Stevie won't type Jason's name on her results feed haha.

sprintcarworld, in reading this thread I don't see anyone claiming to be a driver.
Twenty8, so far that is the funniest thing I have read today

By now, he has asked himself that question at least 1,000 times.
Some call it 'BRAIN-FART' while others say the possibility of a recently executed (and questionable) action on the track was still fresh in his mind.
Have a good day!

You received an answer.
(old guy rolls his eyes and wonders if the younger generation is capable of chewing gum and passing gas....AT THE SAME TIME)
(I apologixe. I just realized I used eight words containing six or more letters. I can understand how that would confuse you.)

I can't think of a sport where the opposing team sits quietly while they see what they think is a violation of the rules by the other team.
In baseball... do they ever argue balls/strikes or safe/out? Ever? Hmmmm... like 8,000 times a game.
I don't have an issue with an opposing team screaming bloody murder when they, in their opinion, see someone doing something wrong.
Kinser & Meyers clans have an issue. So be it. Rivalries are good for the sport. Kinser, IMHO, looks juvenile for not putting the name of the driver of the 14 on their website... but it's his website and he controls the content. Fair enough.
I also can catch a vibe in this thread that Kraig & his "crew" could spend a little more time working on their own car vs. worrying about rules enforcement. If that was the true intent of the thread... then I couldn't be any more behind the thread than I am. Let the officials do their job... you work on making the car faster.

I say this as a Kerry Madsen fan, but what happened to the days of drivers getting black flagged for post-race actions like Kerry going up to Meyers and cutting down on Jason's nose (obviously trying to recreate what Meyers had done to the Madman going into turn 3)? Now I doubt this directly affected Meyers ability to make it to the scales, but it has become all to common of an event for a driver to mess with another driver both during cautions and after races are completed. Yeah, Meyers definitely did cut down on Madsen, but it was to maintain a spot in the nights A-main at THE KNOXVILLE NATIONALS! Madsen would have done the same thing to keep that spot if the roles were reversed, hell he even admitted it. Personally, I was happy to see Madsen make the A and run so well, but I did hate to see it happen the way it did.
The same type of thing happened with Sammy Swindell and Danny Wood during the 360 Nationals, Wood slid up the track causing Swindell to slow and cause a caution. Then, under caution, Sammy came up and started doing the same thing to Wood that Kerry was doing to Meyers.
This is racing, one of the objectives is to keep people behind you. If you want to watch a series that makes the drivers just let their competitors pass them during green flag action then you should tune in to the next Indy Car Series race.
