What is the left rear tire rule? I was told by a few teams that they didn't have to run the RC1 on the left rear at Ocean Speedway or Petaluma.

Chris,

i dont understand how you can say no to running schoenfelds when the schoenfelds i run are quieter then most hushpowers, extreme 180, and spintechs. since you are saying there is a DB rule and you are not allowing a certian muffler will you be inforcing the db rule? and not just ok the db level because of the type of muffler that is on the car? no disrespect! just curious.

I'm sure he's refering to schoenfeld shorties...how about you e-mail him the specs on your specific muffler -showing that it is rated at 95 or less and state your case that way....I e-mail him with a question once and recieved a quick ,polite response....might work for you

I just posted what I was told to post. If you have further questions as to which Schoenfelds are not legal contact Steve Ostling. Sorry Steve. lol

Just so everyone remembers 95db's @100ft is a State law, not a Race Track law.
