Don't even attempt to hear, or fill out your program with the starters for each race. The PA boys appear to insist on leaving it to the last minute and only start announcing the fields when the cars leave the chute. Consequently all is lost in trying to hear anything.
And while I'm at it, why is it so critical to say every car's sponsors 15 times a night? Perhaps just the driver's name and his starting position will do sometimes. That way you could get it done before they fire up.

Don't ever count out Shane Stewart when Paul Silva is turning the wrenches.

Perhaps they pay the bills and want their name out there. It is advertising and and without it there would't be any racing. Prize money does not pay the bills advertising does.

Don't set your car alarm. This is Knoxville Iowa, no one is going to steal it and no one wants to listen to it.

Don't buy one of the cheap Walmart race shirts. Look closely, It's not even a sprint car on the front. Looks like a winged pavement super modified. Good job Walmart.
Do shop local!

Do be on the look out for deer in Marion County. Don't hit the damn things. I hit one eight years ago and did $3,500 damage to a brand new truck.
