I know this is an old video and alot of you have already watched it, but I think it is still pretty funny to watch every now and then. Talk about being a coward. Lil' Ricky punches the car then runs like a little girl away from a 50 year old man.........priceless if you ask me! It is right around the 2:12 part of the video.

im just curious what ricky was thinking punching a moving sprint car with others out there? just seems like the dumbest idea ive seen, looks like a racing deal to me

At the 2007 Oval Nationals, Kevin "got into" Darren Clayton and Clayton "took a ride" (racing deal), well Clayton was not happy and left turn 2 and headed down the front stretch for Kevin but was intercepted by Sammy and thrown to the ground like a rag doll. A security gaurd had grabbed Sam and was trying to "contain" him and Sammy kicked him in the face, it was priceless. I swear I could have go home right then but as it turned out the racing was awesome as well. 2008 was just as good the Rockett and the Bulldog both came from the back, Jesse won the race and Kevin 3rd. I bought my Jesse Hockett shirt that night and wear the hell out of it!

Why do people pull that crap......If they cant wait and prove themselves on the track another day maybe they shouldn't be racin.( They have been doing it in Nascrap lately) Edwards and the other yoyo.

Props for Sammy to come back swinging. Sammy definitely chopped the guy to try to keep him from sliding him. He's damn lucky he didn't climb the guy's rf and take a hell of a flyer though. Typical slammer, gotta love it......

Sammy definitely chopped the guy? Wow. If you go back to the "tape", the lap before Sammy was judging whether or not if he could or should slide him, well he waited for the next lap to get it done. I beleive it was just a "racing deal", and little Ricky should have waited to pass in the same turn next lap.

Now if you wanna see a chop,bad slider or just simply put an FU move, check out this TK video.

Don't get me wrong, watchin TK at Chico or Tulare is awesome, but this is just plain rediculous.

Sammy slid him in one corner and moved down on him going into the next to keep him from sliding him back. If chop is too harsh of a term for you then say he crowded him if you must...he did still manage to chop the guy's rf wheel right off though...lol. They don't call him Slammin' Sammy Swindell for nothing...lol.

yea, never seen anyone move down on someone (if you're not all the way beside them, you do have a pedal on the left that you can use).

Looked like a racing deal to me, what I saw last night @ Kville was way WAYYY worse.

Bronson Maeshen was BESIDE RJ Johnon going down the frontstretch during a heat race and RJ drove Bronson down so Bronson hit the berm before they got to turn 1. Lucky it wasn't a nasty crash due to dumb driving by RJ.

If Bronson had still been behind him, he should have used the breaks, but when you are completely beside someone (he might have actually been ahead at the flagstand) it's totally different.

yeah - i look for that every time - the guy swung at sammy - the dude stepped over sammy - blocked the punch - and the it just looked like something out of a movie - they guy throat slammed him to the ground in front of the yellow truck - then just proceeds to slay him with haymaker after haymaker - dude was lyucky the girl came along..........lol

Stenhouse is insane. He should have taken a lesson from Matt Moro after Sammy nearly killed him on the frontstretch at Knoxville in the 2005 Summer Classic. Moro would have been justified in starting a fight but he acted the bigger man.

More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the 
cars.... that will ensure plenty of thrills for years 
to come.  Only the most average talent behind the 
wheel will be needed with such awesome equipment on 
the track!

Sorry Amy, I mean no disrespect toward you and I can totally understand wanting to forget about an ugly situation like that.

It was during a midget race and it seems like officials wanted him to tag. He went after an official and you tried to intervene, and down you went. In fact its often spoke of during Manzy bench racing sessions.
