We have a Gen2 steering box and KSE Blue pump that was sent to Jim Vanlare back in March, the check was cashed in April, and we are trying to find out how to get ahold of Jim so we can get our equipment returned to us.

The last time we spoke to him was in late June when he apologized for forgetting to ship us the box and pump. Since then we have been unable to get ahold of him on his cell phone or home phone. Does anyone in North Cal have any information on Jim Vanlare or know his whereabouts. This is unusual in that we have dealt with him before and had no problems like this. If anyone sees him or knows him, please have him get in touch with us. We would like to have the box and pump returned.

Thanks,

Ted Hartman

So are you saying that the check was no good?

Is that what you think the problem is?

Just wanting to know if anyone has seen or heard from Jim Vanlare lately. Questions asked elsewhere range from this is unusual, to ya, he's like that sometimes.

Check cleared our bank in early May. Phone call with Jim in late June with him apologizing for forgetting to ship everything out.

We would just like to get our equipment back.

Thanks. We have left messages on their FB page as well. A big part of me is hoping something hasn't happened with Jim. Our experience the first time went well, and that is why we were repeat customers.

Box and pump was received today.

I want to thank Hoseheads and those that helped get the message to Jim. It's sad that there are those in this world who like to spread untruths.

We appreciate Jim Vanlare's offer to make the situation right in the future, and wish him all the best.
